Dr. Dre Records Anti Osama Bin Laden Track
According to KMEL DJ Davey D, Dr. Dre is currently working on an anti-Osama Bin Laden song. The untitled song will be an anthem expressing the public rage against terrorism, he said. In other news, Dre and producer Timbaland are working on a project called, "Chairmen of the Board" which will feature artists from each producer's stable.
Sigel Charged With Assault
According to the Associated Press, Beanie Sigel has been charged with kicking and punching a man who attempted to drive down a Philadelphia street that Sigel and his friends were standing on. This is the second time this year that assault charges filed against Sigel. The 27-year-old Roc-A-Fella MC, whose real name is Dwight Grant, was arrested Friday on Sigel Street -- the neighborhood street that serves as his namesake -- and charged with aggravated and simple assault. Police said Sigel and his friends were standing on the sidewalk when Frank Ferrer drove down the street and was unable to get past the group. Ferrer told police he got out of his pickup truck and was jumped, and that Sigel kicked and punched him while he was down. Ferrer was treated for a fractured rib, an eye injury and a concussion. In February, Sigel was accused of pouring a drink on a young woman and threatening her with a gun, but the charges were dropped when the victim failed to appear in court.
Wyclef's Father Killed In Freak Accident
The father of hip-hop star Wyclef Jean died after becoming pinned between his garage door and one of his son's cars in what investigators believe was a bizarre accident, police said. The Rev. Gesner Jean, 60, a Newark minister, suffered severe chest injuries and died at a hospital Monday night.

Police believe Jean, 60, may have been sitting in the driver's seat of the 1991 Bentley and that the car moved forward somehow after he got up and stepped in front of it.
Police were still investigating the cause of the accident but said Tuesday that the car was not malfunctioning and they have found no evidence of foul play.
